Is this the best good-bye party ever? Staff give their beloved CEO, a send-off he will never forget in his entire life

Employees at Net-A-Porter, an online luxury retailer decided to surprise their beloved CEO, Mark Sebba, with this incredible retirement party as he arrived at the company’s headquarters in Shepherd’s Bush, London, for his final day.

All of his employees singing and clapping. The song used is a parody of Aloe Blacc’s hit single ‘The Man’. A big screen showing video footage of his employees in Manhattan, New Jersey, Hong Kong and Shanghai, cheering him along.

At the end of celebrations, he says: “Thank you very much everybody, I’m a bit overwhelmed, but… how about get back to work!”
