Today is the World AIDS Day. World AIDS day is held each year on 1st December to create awareness about the disease and spread of the HIV virus. The purpose is to aware people about the infection and the means of spreading infection. It gives an opportunity to the people worldwide to unite for the fight against HIV and to support the people affected with the HIV.

We all can contribute a lot towards the fight against the HIV. We can make a promise to spread the awareness in the society and educate the people about the facts of HIV. We can convince the society to behave normally with the affected people.

On World AIDS Day 2014, President Obama thanks all those who are fighting AIDS on the front lines and are helping the world to achieve an AIDS-free generation. Watch his speech here and spread the awareness by sharing the video.
