After few days of 9/11 attacks in New York City of US, Cury installed a webcam at the site covering up the entire area. He wanted the families of victims and the world to see the brave determination of people working on the memorial which is now known as Ground Zero.

In the weeks, months and years that followed, Cury, the founder and CEO of EarthCam, added more cameras that documented the rebuilding of the site and construction of the National 9/11 Memorial Museum.

Ten years and one million images later, the team released this video that shows a stunning time-lapse of the site’s construction for 9/11 Memorial
