Earlier people use to do lots of physical work and keep their  body moving. But now days were are so addicted to the technology that most of our work is just done by sitting on a chair or a couch . if we discuss  with grandparents about their experience of work  and their  lifestyle so will get to know how much attention they people use to pay to the physical work and even no such technology was present at that time.  We spent lots of time , around  9-10hrs sitting in our office and even after coming back we comfort ourselves on couch or bed so its very clear that we don’t show any concern towards the physical exercise  or body movement. As per the  doctors recommendation   every individual should prefer more of exercise and physical activities which will reduces the chances of heart attack…
