Lynda.com released a video to celebrate the 25 years of Adobe Photoshop in which Sean Adams, mocks up a layout with a variety of traditional design tools.

Photo editing without photoshop and other applications seems impossible in today’s world. However, to the surprise of many, it was done in when photoshop had not taken birth. Typographers would create magic using physical tools, which would take them about 24 hours to make just one typeface.

There were tools such as rapidograph pens, T-squares, rubber cement, exacto knifes which did insane things which we do not with just clicking our mouse keys. Hail technology!
